The first panel webinar is a well-established interagency coordination forum, taking a similar approach as Workshop IV, on “Young Leaders Working Across Gaps and Along Seams.” Although from Department of State and U.S. Agency for International Development, two of the three panelists also serve in Army and Marine reserve CA.

• Ms. Caitlin Conaty, Women, Peace, and Security Advisor, OUSD/Policy; former Africa Specialist, Department of State Bureau for Conflict and Stabilization Operations (State/CSO) • Captain Emelia Fujita, former SOCAFRICA Liaison to USAID/West Africa Regional Mission in Accra, Ghana • Sergeant John Phillips, USMC Reserve and USAID Management and Program Analyst; on detail as a Stabilization Advisor to State/CSO and Bureau for Population, Refugees and Migration (State/PRM)
